100lb Weight Limit (per unit). All required documentation, such as; photo, vaccination records, etc. are to be supplied at the time the animal is acquired. All pets must have a photo ID on record with the management office along with up-to-date vaccinations within the last 1 year. Breed restrictions include the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, or any breeds mixed with the previous listed.
Sonita is a Non-Smoking Community. Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property including apartments and common areas.
